Liu Debing

Debing Liu is the Chairman of Beijing Knowledge Atlas Technology Co., Ltd. and was formerly the deputy director of the Tsinghua University Science and Technology Big Data Research Center. He received his Ph.D. from the Institute of Computing Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2007. He mainly engages in research and application work in machine learning, data mining, and large models. He has been responsible for or participated in more than 20 vertical projects such as key special projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the National Natural Science Foundation, as well as horizontal projects with enterprises such as the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Huawei, and Tencent. He has published more than 10 papers at important international conferences such as SIGKDD, ICIP, and ICME, obtained more than 50 authorized invention patents, and won awards such as the second prize of the National Science and Technology Award (Progress) in 2020.
